Paola Pierri has a BA in Politics and a MA in Community Development. She has more than 10 years’ experience working in the field of social innovation, using innovative approaches to support community organisations’ growth and development. As a citizen and as an activist operating within community organisations, she is passionate about issues of social justice, participation and politics and she has developed a specific interest around the role of design within these areas.
She is currently working to improve mental health services and service users engagement as Service Design programme manager at Mind, the mental health charity.
